flowers, candy, cards, dinner, and stuffed animals.
…but nothing makes this day more special than that moment shared with your significant other. ya know that one where you two just stare into each other’s eyes.
you feel butterflies.
then you remember why you like/love this person in the first place. I love this day so much, because it’s a break from the mundane, monotonous love stories that we may tell. This is the day for the affectionate and creative. I want a real love story to tell my children when I tuck them into bed.
[sigh]
if only everyday were Valentine’s day….
